About

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) living in the beautiful Okanagan region of British Columbia with my husband and our (small but bossy) furbaby.  Although I would definitely not call myself naturally athletic I love to get outside and explore, whether it be by hiking, biking, paddle boarding, or running. I love to cook and EAT— and especially enjoy all of our amazing local produce. This Ontario-born girl is all about the Okanagan cherries!

After graduating from Queen’s University in 2011 I began to work full-time. I found myself a little lost without any medium-term goals so I decided to start running. I finished my very first (and very slow) 5k run in the Spring of 2012 and was hooked! Since then I have completed a number of half marathons, a full marathon, and am training for my first triathlon. Running was my gateway to wellness. I realized that to get stronger and faster I had to learn fuel my body properly. My overall health started to transform and I was inspired to learn more so I registered at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). I completed the program and passed my board exam in the Fall of 2016.

We all have health related goals whether it be to have more energy, train for an event, or just generally find a better balance. I would love to help you with these. One on one consultations are a key part of my approach and I focus on providing individualized recommendations, techniques, and meal plans. I believe in biochemical individuality and that there is not one solution that fits everyone’s needs. Through the promotion of proper digestion, nutrient absorption, and elimination I believe that optimal wellness and performance is possible.
